1. Our services
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the consulting services provided by C2EX Consulting (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By engaging with our services, submitting inquiries, or signing a service agreement, you agree to comply with these Terms.
Scope of Services
C2EX Consulting provides professional services, including but not limited to:
- Food & Beverage Business Consulting
- New Product Development (RTE / RTC / RTD Products)
- Nutraceutical & Essential Oil Consulting
- Detailed Project Reports (DPR) & Feasibility Studies
- Food Plant Setup & Process Planning
- Government Subsidy Consulting (MOFPI, APEDA, State Subsidies)
- Documentation & Regulatory Assistance (FSSAI, Licensing, Certifications)
- Shelf-life, Quality & Process Improvement
All services are provided based on client requirements, discussions, and agreed proposals.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All reports, formulations, documentation, designs, and project materials prepared by C2EX Consulting remain the intellectual property of the Company until full payment is received.
Clients may not reproduce, resell, distribute, or share our proprietary documents, DPRs, or formulations with third parties without written consent.
3. Pricing & Payments
Pricing
Service charges are based on project scope and are communicated through formal proposals or quotations. Prices are subject to revision before confirmation.
Payment Terms
- Advance payment may be required before project initiation.
- Milestone-based payments may apply depending on project type.
- All payments once made are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to complete payment may result in suspension of services.
4. Government Subsidy Disclaimer
C2EX Consulting provides guidance, documentation, and support for government schemes (MOFPI, APEDA, State Subsidies, etc.).
However:
• Approval of subsidies depends on government authorities.
• We do not guarantee sanction, approval, or release of funds.
• Final decisions are solely at the discretion of respective government departments.
5. Client Responsibilities

However:

6. Prohibited Activities
Clients shall not:
• Use our reports or formulations for unlawful activities
• Share confidential documents with competitors
• Misrepresent our consulting support to third parties
7. Confidentiality
We respect client confidentiality. All shared information will be treated as confidential and used only for project purposes
8. Limitation of Liability
C2EX Consulting shall not be liable for:
- Business losses
- Production losses
- Government rejection or delays
- Market performance of developed products
Our role is advisory and documentation support based on industry expertise
9. Service Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
• Payment terms are not fulfilled
• False information is provided
• Terms are violated
10. Changes to Terms
C2EX Consulting may update these Terms periodically. Continued engagement of our services implies acceptance of updated Terms.
